This privacy policy applies to the Monster Royale app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by RoShamBo (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application works entirely offline and does not request permission to access the internet. Everything you create or choose in the Application — including your team rosters, arena choices, battle settings, challenge progress and preferences — is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to the Service Provider or any third party.
The Application does not collect personal information, analytics, usage data, crash reports, advertising identifiers, or any other telemetry. It has no accounts, no sign-in, no advertising and no in-app purchases.
Device Permissions
The Application does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, files, or any other device permission.
Third Party Access
The Service Provider does not share any user data with third parties, because the Application does not collect or transmit any. The Application performs no network communication. Links in the Application's About screen (for example, to this policy or to license texts) open in your device's web browser, which is governed by that browser's own privacy policy.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all use of the Application by uninstalling it. All locally stored data will be removed when the Application is uninstalled.
Data Retention Policy
All data is stored locally on your device. The Service Provider does not retain any user data. If you wish to delete your data, you can clear the Application's storage in your device settings or uninstall the Application.
Children
The Application does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The Application does not solicit data from or market to children.
Security
All data remains on your device. The Service Provider does not have access to any information stored in the Application.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
